Parking ticket discounts

Providing safe and secure parking

If you are a patient or visitor and you park in one of our car parks you may be entitled to a discount on your parking ticket.

Patients

Outpatient appointments, day surgery and A&E patients
£3.00 ticket available for any length of stay up to 24 hours

Receiving treatment for more than two consecutive days?
A seven-day ticket is available for £3.00

If you receive benefits
On proof of certain benefits you may be able to claim back your travel expenses and car parking fee (where applicable) from the outpatients reception desk

Visitors

£25.00 ticket for frequent visitors, valid for up to 14 days, is available. (This equates to just under £1.80 per day)

Where to get a discounted ticket

Take your car park ticket and proof of appointment to:

Customer service desk of the main hospital car park (multi-storey), ground floor near the exit barriers
Main hospital reception desk
Main Rosie Hospital reception desk
Main Addenbrooke's Treatment Centre (ATC) reception desk

Why we charge for car parking

We believe NHS money should be spent on treating patients. If we didn't charge for parking, money intended for patient care would have to be used to provide and maintain parking facilities on the site.
