Congratulations to Addenbrooke's patient Liam Fairhurst, who has won a competition to find Britain's Kindest Kids.
Five News and the Charities Aid Foundation have been searching for children who have shown kindness by giving up their time to raise money to help a charity or good cause.

Liam Fairhurst is a shining example. Since being diagnosed with cancer in 2005, Liam has worked tirelessly to help other children in the same situation. He has raised nearly a quarter of a million pounds for the charity CLIC Sargent.
Liam's prize includes £1,000 pocket money and £1,000 for charity -- which he's decided to share equally with the other four finalists. Five News reporter Peter Lane presented Liam with his prize at the hospital.
