If you are returning from Japan and are concerned about radiation levels, the nuclear medicine team at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge can provide a full body radiation check.
The highly sensitive monitoring process lasts just 15 minutes and detects the smallest levels of radioactive contamination. In the event that significant levels of radiation are found, the team will organise the necessary medical follow-up with clinical experts either at your hospital or here at Addenbrooke’s.
The nuclear medicine team will consider requests from companies whose staff have returned from Japan, from concerned individuals, or referrals by GPs or hospital consultants.
To discuss your requirements, please contact the nuclear medicine team on: 01223 217 145
