The Cataract Clinic is part of the national plan to modernise hospital cataract services across the country and reduce lengthy waiting times.
90 per cent of people having cataract surgery report a dramatic improvement to their quality of life. With the new facilities, patients can expect faster, more convenient care, in a clinic specifically designed for people with visual impairment.

Outpatient pharmacy:
is open 0900-1730 hrs on weekdays. If you are exempt from prescription charges, please bring your exemption card or DSS authorisation.
Please note: only prescriptions issued at Addenbrooke's and the Rosie will be accepted at the outpatient pharmacy. These are printed on white paper. Prescriptions on green paper will be issued by your GP and should be taken to your local pharmacy.
