The Information Centre aims to help patients and staff find information and give advice about health, care and benefit issues.

Where is it?

 

The Centre is located next to the Hospital's main entrance and is accessible to wheelchairs.

 

When is it open?

 

Monday to Friday: 0900 to 1700

 

Saturday 1300 to 1600

 

(with extended hours when staffing permits).

 

During these times, it is staffed by Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) staff.

The Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)
at Addenbrooke's

 

General practical advice on any benefit, housing, employment rights, family matters or debt problems.

 

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10am - 4pm.

Please attend at least 30 minutes before the specified closing times to ensure that you will be seen.

Disability Cambridgeshire

Specialist information and advice service for disabled people and carers - disabled benefits, community care, leisure, transport and access.

 

Tuesday 10am - 4pm and Friday 1pm - 4pm.

Citizens Advice Bureau and Disability Cambridgeshire staff will also visit patients on the ward.
