We are pleased to announce the next British Society of Audiology (BSA) Balance Interest Group (BIG) conference will take place on Friday 27 April 2012 at the Moller Centre in Cambridge.
The conference is being organised by Katy Morgan, Head of Vestibular Services at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and Honorary Secretary of BIG, alongside the other members of the BIG committee. They hope to put together an exciting programme of presentations and workshops on vestibular and balance issues, to include keynote speakers of international standing. BIG is keen to raise the profile of balance issues in UK Audiology and its associated disciplines and make this the UK balance conference to attend in 2012.
This meeting is suitable for professionals with an interest in dizzy or imbalanced patients, and has previously attracted delegates to include audiologists, physiotherapists, ENT surgeons, neurologists and geriatricians.
Further details of the event will soon be available on the BSA website at or email Katy Morgan at katy.morgan@addenbrookes.nhs.uk.
