Men and women aged 60 to 74 and registered with a GP in South Cambridgeshire and West Suffolk, Harlow and Uttlesford are invited for screening.
Those aged 75 and above can request a test kit by calling a free phone number.
If you are 59 or under and concerned about Bowel Cancer, please talk to your GP.
During 2010, the bowel screening programme extended for people aged 70 to 74 years. As a result, around one million more men and women are screened each year.
