Addenbrooke's adult cancer services
Welcome to Addenbrooke's cancer centre

Quality patient care, leading-edge technology, world-class research, academic excellence and a collaborative outlook with partners such as CRUK and Macmillan, this makes cancer care at CUH one of the leading specialist services in the country.
We see more than 4,000 new patients each year as a regional centre for rarer types of cancer and also as the local hospital for patients living in the Cambridge area.
How to find the cancer services.
Your treatment as an outpatient
Patients are seen by their consultant and their team in a clinic in our outpatient suite.
The oncology day unit and chemotherapy suite is located in the cancer centre. It provides care for people who are having their treatment as a day case.
Your treatment in radiotherapy
A wide range of radiotherapy treatments which may be given alongside chemotherapy and/or surgery.
Your treatment as an inpatient
Your treatment may happen as an inpatient on one of our five wards.
Supporting you in your treatment
This section contains practical information to help you in your treatment including information about sources of support, accommodation, services and facilities you might use.
New treatments for cancer are being developed very rapidly, and the centre is involved with a large number of clinical trials in order to assess the effectiveness of new treatments.
