Please note that the Emmeline Centre staff are unable to reply to patient, parent / guardian or public emails unless a signed consent form giving informed agreement to email communication with Emmeline Centre staff has been completed.

If patients or parents / guardians wish to consent to email communication they should talk to Emmeline Centre staff at their next appointment.

Members of the public with enquiries can telephone the Emmeline Centre but please note that staff members are unable to offer specific advice to members of the public regarding their medical conditions. Any queries from members of the public who are not currently under the Emmeline Centre’s care can only be answered in general terms.
