Symptoms and worries, things to watch out for

Symptoms are things that you notice about yourself that you haven't noticed before and they might mean that your body needs some attention.

Some of the symptoms will probably just be 'normal for you' but, if you are worried, it is well worth getting yourself 'checked out' at SHAC. We are always happy to help put your mind at rest and we might help you to prevent problems in the future.
