Vascular surgery is a subspecialty of general surgery in which diseases of the vascular system, or arteries and veins, are managed, largely via surgical intervention. The Vascular Surgery Department is part of the Directorate of Surgery.
Vascular Outpatients Clinic
Three vascular clinics are held each week in Clinic 4 in Outpatients. These are one-stop assessment clinics, with colour duplex ultrasound available to assist rapid diagnosis.
