“I am thoroughly enjoying my apprenticeship and have come into a very welcoming team in Estates and Facilities - the Contact Centre Team are a lovely group of people and they are always willing to help me with the work that I’m doing. My mentor/ manager Heather Harman is very supportive and very helpful.

I have found my studying part very challenging. I enjoy being involved with the whole recruitment process and helping the new starters getting settled in. I would recommend the apprenticeships as they are a very good way to get in to a company and make your mark and prove yourself to an employer.”
