“The post of Healthcare assistant will give the successful candidate an overview of the basic skills required to start a nursing/midwifery career.  The post holder could go on to gain further Healthcare assistant roles as well as completing NVQ level 2 & 3 and other relevant qualifications.  The post will give the candidate experience of working within a large NHS organisation and working within a multi-disciplinary team.  This post will hopefully give somebody an insight into the healthcare system which could lead to number of positions within and outside of the Trust.”
Hannah Armand, Business Manager.
