On-site accommodation
The Trust provides a variety of on-site accommodation, which is managed by Sanctuary Management Services (SMS).

SMS manages more than 500 units of residential accommodation at the Trust’s main site, on behalf of the Trust. Applications for this accommodation cannot be made directly to SMS, but through a manager or college tutor.
In addition, SMS has rentable accommodation in Grantchester House on the Trust’s main site. This is available to anyone employed on site.
Grantchester House
Grantchester House is situated on the Addenbrooke's site and has 214 rooms, which are divided over 54 four-bedroomed flats, each with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
The rent for Grantchester House is inclusive of water, electricity, heating, hot water and council tax. A deposit of two weeks' rent is payable at the time of taking up occupation. Tenancies are of the assured shorthold variety and must be for a minimum of six months. Four weeks’ written notice is required to vacate the property.
If you would like an application form for these properties or would like to arrange a viewing, please contact Sanctuary Management Services or visit our office located on the ground floor of Grantchester House.
