With over 350 beds across 15 wards, a dialysis unit, endoscopy unit and medical outpatients, the Medical division is an exciting area to work which can offer you a varied & dynamic experience.

 

 

How we work within inpatient medicine

 

We have speciality wards within the division including:

• Care of the Elderly wards (including a short stay unit)
• Cardiology
• Hepatology
• Nephrology
• Gastroenterology and Diabetes
• Infectious Diseases
• Respiratory
• Stroke service (including acute and rehabilitation areas)
• Short stay elective ward

 

We also recruit on an annual basis to a winter pressure general medical ward.
