This You Made a Difference Awards aims to reward and recognise both teams and individual staff members who have 'made a difference' to patients, visitors or colleagues.
Reasons for nominating should relate to a specific incident which 'made a difference' to the person nominating. If you would like to nominate someone/a team, please fill out the nomination form.
Staff can be nominated by patients, visitors and colleagues, with the best two members of staff (from the entries) named 'employee of the month'.
All winners of the You Made a Difference individual awards made throughout the year will be automatically entered into the annual 'employee of the year' award, with winners being announced at the Our Way Annual Awards in December.
The You Made a Difference Team awards are announced quarterly.
