At CUH we are keen to produce and share high-quality information with our users that will help them understand and access our services.

We have a legal duty to adopt and maintain a Publication Scheme for the publication of Trust information.


Where is our information?

Our information is often available in a printed format (sometimes by request only) and increasingly we are making it available online via this website (and via the intranet for NHS staff).

The Freedom of Information Act (FoI)

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 aims to promote a culture of openness and accountability in the public sector, by providing people with a general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities.


The Environmental Information Regulations (EIR)

'Environmental Information' is exempt from the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and must be released or withheld under these regulations.
