Cambridge University Hospitals commits to being a Mindful Employer

9 December, 2009

We are proud to announce that both Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals have signed up to being a Mindful Employer.

Mindful Employer

Joy Bray, our Mental Health Specialist Nurse says: "This is fantastic news and I am so glad that the Trust is showing its commitment towards the mental health of our staff. With 1 in 4 people suffering with mental health, it is something that affects us all in some way. I encourage staff to get involved in the Mental Health First Aid training we are running throughout 2010."

What is Mindful Employer?

Mindful Employer is an initiative which aims to increase awareness of mental health at work and providing support for businesses in recruiting and retaining staff.
