Professor wins prestigious research award

Professor Sir Roy Calne

A professor at Cambridge University Hospitals has won a prestigious award for research.


Professor Sir Roy Calne has been honoured by the Deputy Ruler of Dubai for his work on tissue and organ transplants. He received the Hamdan Award for Medical Research Excellence, an award established to highlight researchers whose works have “positively affected thousands of lives globally".
