Care Quality Commission - Core Standards Declaration

All NHS hospitals are required to complete a mid year declaration regarding their compliance with the Care Quality Commission’s core standards covering the period 01 April to 31 October 2009. The mid year declaration is to support the transition to the new system of registration that will apply from 01 April 2010.
