At Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, we are keen to produce and share with our users high-quality information that will help them understand and access our services.

 

 

Where is our information?

 

Our information is often available in a printed format (sometimes by request only) and increasingly we are making it available online via this website (and via the intranet for NHS staff).

Our Information Centre and Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) staff are also available to help people access the information they need, even when they don't have access to a phone or the internet.

We also have visiting staff from independent advice agencies such as Citizens Advice Bureau, who can help you access information from us or from other organisations.

 

Our Data Awareness manager manages requests for information and can help requesters and staff - see contact details on the right of this page.

The Freedom of Information Act (FoI)

 

Since the 1st January 2005, individuals have new rights of access to information under the (UK) Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Environmental Information Regulations (EIR)

 

Since 1992, people have the right to access information under the (UK) Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
