The Access Office is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is located on Level 1 (i.e. the lower ground floor). The services that the Access office provide are for staff only.

The Access office handle:

• Staff ID cards
• Staff car parking
• Staff car share
• Staff pool cars
• Long term car hire
• Discounted bus tickets for staff
• Rail season tickets - interest free loans for staff
• Public transport information
• Taxi bookings - for Trust business during working hours
• Coach and minibus booking including driver for work and social events
• Bicycles - basic cycle repair kit available for staff
• Couriers - ad hoc bookings fro staff
• Lost and found for staff - we hold list property

Please have your budget code ready if you are calling to book a service. 

Out of hours security escort

If you are returning to the car park late at night and would like a security escort to walk you back to your car, please contact the Security office on ext 6060.

If the Security team are dealing with any on site security issues you may be asked you to wait, or you may be referred to the Shift Facilities Manager who will organise an escort.
