a leaflet 'After Bereavement', which is offered to people who have been bereaved - this has sources of information, advice, and support at Addenbrooke's Hospital
a 'Directory of Bereavement Care' in printed folders, CDs and an online version, which can be printed below. This is mainly for health and care professionals.
