About Resource for Change
The Resource for Change (RfC) Team provides service improvement expertise to support staff across the Trust to deliver better services, develop new working practices and improve care for patients.

Our Vision
Resource for Change is an in-house consultancy that provides a structured programme of continuous and sustainable service improvement, to enable the Trust to achieve its corporate and service priorities.

Meet the team
RfC's greatest asset is our team, a group of people who share the desire 'to make a difference'. Team members have a high standard of expertise and skills so they are able to work with staff in a truly supportive and collaborative style.
Service Improvement Consultants provide senior change leadership and process redesign expertise. Develop capacity and capability to embed service improvement tools and techniques in order to support the continuous modernisation and redesign of traditional services across the Trust.
