Work experience

Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) is passionate about equipping young people with valuable careers guidance and expanding access to healthcare career opportunities. We hope that we can achieve this by:

• Working directly with local schools and colleges in Cambridgeshire
  
  
• Offering informative and well-equipped careers guidance
  
  
• Offering careers/ university/ college application and interview assistance and advice
  
  
• Attending Careers Events in the area, and in local schools/ colleges
  
  
• Offering work experience placements via the local schools and colleges


• The Young Person’s Project Team exist to support the Trust professions and departments and help create a pathway into Healthcare Sciences, Allied Professions, Medicine and the myriad of other opportunities in the NHS, for students and young people.

 

Please be aware that all work experience placements for 2010 are now fully booked.  You can however use this website for all career information and guidance and would encourage you to actively use this website for career and job guidance.

 

We will not accept any applications for work experience placements for the academic year 2010/ 2011 until the autumn.  In autumn 2010 our website will reflect the new work experience programmes we have on offer.
