Medicines Helpline

The Medicines Helpline (01223 217502) is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). There is a voicemail to allow you to leave a message if we are already on the phone or if you call when we are not here.

You can also contact us by emailing the medicines information team.

This mailbox is checked throughout the working day.

Please note: we can only give you information on medicines given to you from Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

If you are calling on behalf of someone else, we will ask for confirmation that you have the patient’s consent to discuss their medicines with us.
