Adults lacking capacity online toolkit

A toolkit has been designed for the National Research Ethics Service which helps researchers understand the statutory provisions and approval requirements for research which may include adults lacking capacity at any stage of a project.
The toolkit will be regularly updated to ensure the information is appropriate and can be found on the link below:
