October 2011
In October we approved 2 commercial and 10 non-commercial studies. Research themes included cancer, cardiovascular, diabetes, obesity and endocrinology.
September 2011
In September we approved 5 commercial and 13 non-commercial studies. Research themes included cancer, cardiovascular, diabetes, obesity & endocrinology, imaging, infections & immunity, neurosciences and women's & children.
August 2011
In August we approved 6 commercial and 17 non-commercial studies. Research themes included cancer, cardiovascular, diabetes, obesity & endocrinology, imaging, infections & immunity, medical genetics, musculoskeletal disorders, neurosciences, transplantation, and women's & children.
NIHR Cambridge Biomedical Research Centre
The Biomedical Research Centre currently conducts eleven programmes of research in which academic researchers and clinicians co-operate to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and new treatments.
