Philosophy

The Rosie Birth Centre promotes normal birth through supporting that, birth is a physiological transition from pregnancy to motherhood.

 

The Centre is staffed by midwives and maternity assistants who are passionate and truly believe in women’s innate ability to birth their baby. Building on their experience, the midwives deliver sensitive one to one care in a calm, supportive and quiet manner with the aim to empower and inspire women to birth naturally.

 

The midwives aim to promote a positive birth experience through providing informed choice based on currently available evidence.
