- Something to wear during labour eg an old comfortable t-shirt
- Snacks and energy drinks for labour (for yourself and your birth partner)
- Nightclothes
- Feeding bra and breast pads
- Dark coloured towel
- Maternity sanitary towels
- Toiletries
- Current medications
For baby
- Baby clothes and a hat
- Nappies
- Cotton wool/baby wipes
Please note:
If you are not planning to breastfeed your baby, you will need to bring cartons of formula milk with you.
If additional milk is prescribed by a paediatrician due to a clinical need, The Rosie will supply this.
