Visiting Sara Ward Admission to Sara Ward Preparing for home

 

Sara Ward is a transitional care ward where care can be provided for postnatal mothers and babies who require some special care, so that they can remain together. Specialist nurses and midwives care for your baby and aim to teach you the skills required to care for your baby. If your baby requires intensive or special care you will still receive your postnatal care on Sara Ward, which is ideally situated close to NICU and SCBU.
