We offer a free counselling and information service to support our staff with everything that matters, from housing and childcare through legal, financial, emotional and mental health issues to human rights and family matters. The service is run by Care First, which provides an independent and confidential service, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Citizens' Advice Bureau

 

We have an on-site Citizens’ Advice Bureau (CAB), which is open to staff and the public. CAB offers a free confidential advisory service on a range of matters including social security, money worries, housing and consumer questions, work and legal problems as well as family and personal problems.

The CAB is based within the Patient Advice and Liaison Service Office (PALS), next to the main entrance of the hospital on Level 2.

 

This service is provided by Cambridge and District CAB.
