My current role

I am currently doing a clinical fellowship within the immunology and infectious diseases department broadening my experience in clinical immunology and in the overlap between immunology and infectious diseases.

Previous history

I completed my higher specialist training in infectious diseases and general internal medicine with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, having trained and graduated in University College Dublin. I recently submitted my PhD thesis in HIV medicine having worked in research where I developed an interest in immunology and the important interplay between infections and the hosts immune system.
